These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, contracts, deliveries and services of

Fa. Schidlo / Modelle, Prototypen - Hausheimer Str. 13 - 92348 Berg.

2.	Time limits
2.1	In order to derive rights from a delay in performance, the customer must grant Schidlo a period of grace of 5 working days.

2.2	If the performance owed by Schidlo is delayed by force majeure, strike, own incapacity through no fault of Schidlo or that of a supplier or unfavourable weather conditions, the agreed delivery and performance period shall be extended by the duration of the delay.
